五行音乐疗法联合内生场热疗在肿瘤患者中的护理效果评价

摘　　要：目的:评价五行音乐联合内生场肿瘤热疗在恶性肿瘤患者中的护理效果。方法:将符合纳入标准的需要进行热疗和化疗的400例肿瘤患者,按照患者入组先后顺序随机分组,其中干预组200例(接受中医五行音乐治疗),对照组200例(不接受音乐治疗),干预时间为2个周期(1个周期为21天),对2个周期进行依从性、舒适度、体能状况、恶心呕吐的评估和影像学检查(CT检查肿块的大小)和实验室检查(血红蛋白、白细胞、粒细胞、血小板的数目)。结果:两组患者热疗依从性经等级资料的Mann-Whitney U非参数秩和检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且干预组的依从性优于对照组。两组患者干预前后舒适状况量表(General Comfort Questionnaire,GCQ)量表比较,组间比较:干预前两组间各维度及总分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后两组间各维度及总分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且干预组的得分均高于对照组;组内治疗前后比较:两组干预后较干预前得分均升高(P<0.05)。两组干预前后美国东部肿瘤协作组(Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group,ECOG)评分比较,组间比较:干预前两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且对照组的得分高于干预组;组内治疗前后比较:两组干预后较干预前得分均下降(P<0.05)。结论:五行音乐疗法联合内生场热疗干预能够改善患者的热疗依从性、热疗舒适度、体能状况评分,并在热疗和化疗过程中起协同作用,且治疗效果良好,同时减轻对机体免疫功能的损伤。Objective:To evaluate the nursing effect of TCM Wuxing(五行)music therapy combined with endogenic field hyperthermia in patients with malignant tumor.Methods:A total of 400 tumor patients who met the inclusion criteria and needed to receive hyperthermia and chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups according to the sequence of patients'inclusion,including 200 patients in the intervention group(receiving TCM Wuxing music therapy)and 200 patients in the control group(not receiving music therapy).The intervention lasted for 2 courses(one course was 21 d),and the compliance,comfort,physical condition,nausea and vomiting were evaluated,as well as imaging examination(CT examination of the size of the mass)and laboratory examination(the number of hemoglobin,white blood cells,granulocytes and platelets).Results:According to Mann-Whitney U nonparametric rank-sum test of grade data,there was statistically significant difference in the compliance of the two groups of patients with hyperthermia(P<0.05),and the compliance of the intervention group was better than that of the control group.Comparison of the General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)scale between the two groups before and after intervention showed that there were no statistically significant differences in all dimensions and total scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),but there were statistically significant differences in all dimensions and total scores between the two groups after intervention(P<0.05),and the scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group.Intra-group comparison before and after treatment showed that scores of both groups increased after intervention compared with those before intervention(P<0.05).Comparison of Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group(ECOG)scores between the two groups before and after intervention showed that there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),but there was statistically significant difference between the two group
