摘　　要：综合近10年扩肛法在肛裂、环状混合痔、肛门狭窄、盆底失弛缓型便秘等肛肠疾病临床诊断、治疗过程中的应用报道,阐明扩肛法的优势、作用机制及适应证,进而指导临床提高疗效。Based on the application reports of anal dilatation in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of anal fissure,circular mixed hemorrhoids,anal stenosis,pelvic floor achalasia constipation and other anorectal diseases in recent 10 years,this paper expounds the advantages,mechanism and indications of anal dilation,so as to guide the clinical treatment and improve the curative effect.
