摘 要:渤海油田油气资源储量丰富,开发潜力大,但原油多为高含蜡、高凝点,该性质为海上油田安全、高效开发带来了挑战。对于高含蜡、高凝点、高黏度的原油输送海管,渤海油田通常通过掺水外输方式进行输送。渤海某平台原油具有高含蜡、高凝点的物理特性,由于是新投产平台,产水量较低,掺水水源通常来自水源井,因此当水源井或掺水泵一旦发生故障无法实现掺水工况下,平台将会被迫停产,对海管进行紧急置换,将会严重影响产量。为了提高高凝点原油混输海管的抗风险能力,根据油田实际运行数据进行了理论研究,并开展了降低掺水量的先导性试验进行了验证,最终取得了理想研究成果,在提高高含蜡油田海底管道输送抗风险能力,确保油田高效开发方面提供了一定的指导意义。Bohai oilfield is rich in oil and gas resources and has great development potential,but most of the crude oil is high waxy and high pour point,which brings challenges to the safe and efficient development of offshore oilfield.For crude oil pipelines with high wax content,high pour point and high viscosity,Bohai oilfield is usually transported by water mixing.The crude oil of a certain platform in Bohai Sea has the physical characteristics of high wax content and high pour point.Because it is a new production platform with low water production,the water source usually comes from the water source well.Therefore,when the water source well or mixing pump fails to realize the water mixing condition,the platform will be forced to stop production,and the emergency replacement of the submarine pipeline will seriously affect the production.In order to improve the anti risk ability of high pour point crude oil pipeline,the theoretical research was carried out according to the actual operation data of the oilfield,and the pilot test to reduce the water content was carried out for verification.Finally,the ideal research results were obtained,which provided certain guiding significance in improving the anti risk ability of submarine pipeline transportation in high wax content oilfield and ensuring the efficient development of the oilfield.
