摘 要:为解决裂缝发育的非均质砂岩油藏在注水开发过程中易发生裂缝性水淹的问题。通过调研多种技术在延长油田的实际应用情况,发现预交联颗粒凝胶调驱技术在解决该类问题上具有较好的效果。依据室内实验所得结论:优选预交联凝胶颗粒直径为1~3 mm,采用注入堵剂后焖井三天的措施。施工后注水井水线方向大孔道得到了有效封堵,延10层相对吸水强度降低至41.1%,长2层段相对吸水强度增至58.9%。实验期累计增油381.61 t,阶段投入产出比为1:3。采用该技术在一定程度上延缓了见水时间,提高了油井产能,降低了水处理费用,具有很好的推广应用价值。In order to solve the problem that fractured heterogeneous sandstone reservoirs are prone to fracture flooding during water injection development.By investigating the actual application of various technologies in Yanchang oilfield,it is found that the pre-crosslinked particle gel modulation-flooding technology has a good effect in solving such problems.According to the conclusion of the laboratory experiment,the diameter of the pre-crosslinked gel particles used on site is 1~3 mm,and three days after the injection of plugging agent is used to stew well.After construction,the large pores in the direction of the water line of the injection well were effectively blocked,the relative water absorption strength of the Yan 10 layers was reduced to 41.1%,and the relative water absorption strength of the Chang 2 layers was increased to 58.9%.During the trial period,the cumulative oil increase was 381.61 t,and the phase input-output ratio was 1:3.The use of this technology delays the water break-through time to a certain extent,improves the productivity of oil wells,reduces the cost of water treatment,and has good promotion and application value.
