摘 要:本文对靖惠输油管道全越站密闭输送的水击风险进行了剖析,利用管网仿真软件模拟了靖惠输油管道极端工况下中间站故障关阀水击事故的压力波动规律,得出中间站关阀、首站不停泵下的水击振荡可能导致管道超压破裂的结论,最后针对该管道水击保护现状提出建议。This paper analyzes the water hammer risk of closed transportation of oil pipeline across the station,simulates the pressure fluctuation law of water hammer accident in intermediate station under extreme working conditions of Jinghui oil pipeline by using the simulation software,and comes to the conclusion that the water hammer oscillation under valve closing in intermediate station and non-stop pump in the initial station may lead to overpressure rupture of the pipeline.Finally,some suggestions are put forward according to the current situation of water hammer protection of the pipeline.
