摘　　要：可生物降解材料挤出淋膜是指采用可生物降解材料如聚乳酸(PLA)、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)等代替传统的聚乙烯涂覆在纸张表面,制备复合材料,用于纸杯、纸碗、纸袋等的生产。纸张很容易在自然界分解,故采用生物降解材料淋膜制得的一次性淋膜纸制品能够在环境中被微生物分解吸收,转化为二氧化碳和水,避免环境污染。本文简述了目前的环保政策、聚乳酸材料供应情况等,重点介绍了PLA纸张淋膜机的构成、PLA淋膜工艺和淋膜难点,以期能够引起学者和上下游供应商的关注,共同解决行业困境,降低可降解淋膜纸的成本,促使可降解淋膜纸对不可降解淋膜纸的替代率稳步提高。Biodegradable material extrusion coating refers to using biodegradable materials such as polylactic acid(PLA)and polybutylene succinate(PBS)instead of traditional polyethylene to coat the paper surface to prepare composite materials for the production of paper cups,paper bowls and paper bags.Paper is easy to decompose in nature,so the disposable coated paper products made of biodegradable materials can be decomposed and absorbed by microorganisms in the environment and transformed into carbon dioxide and water to avoid environmental pollution.This paper briefly describes the current environmental protection policies and the supply of polylactic acid materials,and focuses on the composition of PLA paper coating machine,PLA film coating process and t he difficulties,in order to attract the attention of scholars and upstream and downstream suppliers to jointly solve the industry difficulties,reduce the cost of degradable film coated paper,and promote the steady improvement of the substitution rate of degradable film coated paper for non-degradable film coated paper.
