集肤效应电伴热在大榭石化长输原油管线中的应用分析

摘　　要：通过对集肤效应电伴热在原油长输管线中的应用,跟踪观察记录原油管线静态和动态作业过程中电伴热的运行状况,总结出电伴热在不同季节不同环境温度下的加热速率、维温效果、运行能耗等各种关键性能技术参数,从而掌握其运行规律。根据集肤效应电伴热运行性能规律,在生产上为原油长输周转储罐储存温度工艺卡片的确定、指导长输原油管线合理安排输送间隔频次和每批次数量提供科学的依据,也可以为今后类似的管线采用集肤效应电伴热提供实践应用经验借鉴。利用夏季高温特性,结合原油管输生产周期性,通过适时开停电伴热进行运行,实现电伴热合理节能应用。Through the application of skin collecting effect electric heat companion in long crude oil transmission pipeline,track and record the operation status of static and dynamic operation of crude oil pipeline,and summarize the heating rate,dimension temperature effect and operation energy consumption in different seasons,so as to master the operation rules.According to the performance law of skin collection effect electric thermal escort,in the production of crude oil long transfer storage tank storage temperature process card determination,guide the reasonable arrangement of transmission interval frequency and each batch quantity provides scientific basis,can also provide practical application experience for similar pipeline using skin collection effect electric thermal backup in the future.Using the characteristics of high temperature in summer,combined with the cycle of crude oil pipeline production,the power failure and thermal escort operation is timely opened to realize the reasonable energy-saving application of electric thermal escort.
