摘  要:本文以55.4%的甜菊糖为原料,在不采用甲醇等二类溶剂的条件下,通过“溶解-结晶-再溶解-再结晶”的方法,采用正交试验优化精制工艺,制得莱鲍迪苷A(RA)含量超过97%的高纯度甜菊糖。该方法有效解决了甜菊糖精制过程中不良溶剂残留以及损害操作员工身体的问题。通过试验,确定最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度为85%、原料与乙醇溶液的质量体积比为1:4、加热温度为70℃。试验显示:乙醇溶液的浓度对甜菊糖精制的影响最大,原料与乙醇溶液的质量体积比影响较小。In this paper,55.4%stevioside was used as raw material,without the use of secondary solvents such as methanol,high Purity stevioside a(Ra)with more than 97%content was prepared by the method of“Dissolution-crystallization-re-dissolution-re-crystallization”,and the refining process was optimized by orthogonal test.The method effectively solves the problems of bad solvent residue and operator’s body damage in Stevia sugar refining process.The optimum technological conditions are as follows:The concentration of ethanol is 85%,the mass-volume ratio of raw material and ethanol solution is 1:4,and the heating temperature is 70℃.The results showed that the concentration of ethanol solution had the greatest effect on the refining of Stevia sugar,but the mass-volume ratio of raw materials and ethanol solution had little effect.
