摘  要:本文采用正交试验法,综合考虑10个影响因素,探究抗高温高密度柴油基油包水钻井液主要性能的影响因素,采用极差分析法处理实验数据,最终得出:影响乳状液稳定性的显著因素依次是辅乳加量、油水比、主乳润湿剂交互作用、主乳加量;影响流变性的共同显著因素是有机土加量、油水比;影响高温高压滤失性的显著因素依次是主乳加量、油水比、主乳润湿剂交互作用。In this paper,the orthogonal test method is used to explore the influencing factors of the main performance of high-temperature and high-density diesel based water in oil drilling fluid,and the range analysis is used to process the experimental data,Finally,it is concluded that the significant factors affecting the stability of emulsion are the dosage of auxiliary milk,oil-water ratio,the interaction of main milk wetting agent and the dosage of main milk;The common significant factors affecting rheology are organic soil addition and oil-water ratio;The significant factors affecting the high-temperature and high-pressure filtration are the dosage of main milk,oil-water ratio and the interaction of main milk wetting agent.
