摘  要:陕西榆能化学材料有限公司热电车间3台350 t/h循环流化床锅炉设计方案中:每台锅炉烟气量为318341 Nm^(3)/h,烟气中SO_(2)含量约为500 mg/Nm^(3)。我国新颁布的《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》中对排放烟气中的SO_(2)含量提出了更高的标准,即烟气中的SO_(2)含量要低于50 mg/Nm^(3)。所以必须要采用合适的脱硫工艺使SO_(2)的排放浓度满足标准。针对目前市场几种比较成熟的烟气脱硫工艺选型成本问题,通过分析对比确定了参考指标,并建立了烟气脱硫成本分析的数学模型,利用层次分析法对几种脱硫工艺的成本进行了量化计算,选出了一种最优的烟气脱硫方案。In the boiler design scheme of 3350t/h circulating fluidized bed in the power workshop of Yuneng Chemical Materials Company:the flue gas volume of each boiler is 318341Nm^(3)/h,and the SO_(2) content in the flue gas is about 500mg/Nm^(3).China’s newly promulgated“air pollutant emission standards for thermal power plants”on the emission of soot content of SO_(2) content of higher standards,that is,smoke in soot content is less than 50mg/Nm^(3).Therefore,it is necessary to use a suitable desulfurization process to make SO_(2) emission concentration meet the standard.In view of the cost of selecting several mature flue gas desulfurization processes in the market,the reference index is determined by analysis and comparison,and a mathematical model of the cost analysis of flue gas desulfurization is established,the cost of several desulfurization processes is quantified by using the hierarchical analysis method,and an optimal flue gas desulfurization scheme is selected.
