摘　　要：目的探讨慢性心力衰竭(简称慢性心衰)患者D型人格与心理压力的关系,分析应对方式和心理弹性在其间的中介作用。方法2017年5-7月,采用便利抽样法选择湖南省长沙市6所三级甲等医院的193例慢性心衰患者为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、中文版知觉压力量表(Chinese perceived stress scale,CPSS)、D型人格量表(type D scale,DS-14)、简化应对方式量表及心理弹性量表(resilience scale-25,RS-25)对其进行调查。结果慢性心衰患者D型人格检出率为16.06%,心理压力得分为(20.75±7.39)分。慢性心衰患者D型人格与心理压力呈正相关(r=0.210,P<0.01),情感关注应对方式和心理弹性在D型人格与心理压力间起完全中介作用。结论D型人格可通过情感关注应对方式和心理弹性影响慢性心衰患者的心理压力,医护人员需重点关注慢性心衰D型人格患者,充分利用应对方式和心理弹性的可干预性,缓解其心理压力。Objective To explore the relationship between type D personality and psychological stress among patients with chronic heart failure(CHF),and analyze the mediating effect of coping style and resilience.Methods Convenient sampling method was used to select 193 CHF patients from six tertiary hospitals in Changsha,Hunan,from May to July,2017.The general information questionnaire,Chinese Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS),Type D Scale(DS-14),Brief Coping Scale and Resilience Scale-25(RS-25)were used for investigation.Results A total of 16.06%CHF patients were classified as type D personality,and the score of perceived stress was(20.75±7.39).Type D personality was positively associated with psychological stress(r=0.210,P<0.01).The emotion-focused coping style and resilience exerted complete mediating effects between type D personality and psychological stress.Conclusions For the CHF patients,their type D personality can affect psychological stress via emotion-focused coping and resilience.Medical staff should pay attention to those CHF patients with type D personality and make full use of the coping style and resilience to relieve their psychological stress.
