基于中医理论探讨系统论基本原理与方剂治法的对应关系

摘　　要：系统论的核心思想是系统的整体观念。中医系统论是交叉融汇了现代科学与中医学的复合学科,核心的系统论思想来源于中国传统的、朴素的系统论思维方式,阐释了六个基本原理,分别是元整体原理、非加和性原理、功能性原理、有机性原理、有序性原理和自主性原理。方剂和治法皆为组成中医学理、法、方、药体系的重要部分,方、法二者相互依存,密不可分。治法主要有八种,分别是汗、吐、下、和、清、温、消、补。基于中医理论将其分别阐述后可将二者的具体内容对应联结,其中有机性原理可对应和法,有序性原理可对应汗、吐、下、清、消法,自主性原理可对应温、补法。The core idea of system theory is the systematic concept of holism.System theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is an interdisciplinary subject of modern science and traditional Chinese medicine.The core ideas of system theory are derived from the traditional and simple thinking mode of system theory in China,which explain six basic principles:meta-holism principle,nonadditivity principle,functional principle,organic principle,order principle and autonomy principle.Formulas and therapeutic methods are important components of the principle-method-formula-medicinal of TCM,and both are interdependent and inseparable.There are eight therapeutic methods,namely:sweating method,emetic method,purgative method,harmonizing method,clearing method,warming method,resolving method,and tonifying method Both can be explained separately by TCM theory and the specific content can be connected correspondingly.The organic principle can correspond to harmonizing method.The order principle can correspond to sweating method,emetic method,purgative method,clearing method and resolving method.The autonomous principle can correspond to warming method and tonifying method.
