循证护理对糖尿病血液透析患者依从性的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探析糖尿病血液透析患者接受循证护理,对患者依从性的影响。方法选取该科室2016年6月—2021年7月收治的62例糖尿病血液透析患者为研究对象,依据数字表法实施随机分组,使用常规护理的31例患者入选对照组,使用循证护理的31例患者入选观察组,检测患者血糖水平与心理情绪变化,统计患者护理依从性。结果护理后,观察组FPG(6.05±0.14)mmol/L、2 hPG(8.16±0.12)mmol/L、HbA1c(5.07±0.19)%,均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组(61.29%)相比,观察组依从性(83.87%)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.630,P<0.05)。结论糖尿病血液透析患者经循证护理,患者血糖水平与心理情绪得到了稳定控制,治疗有效性与依从性明显优于常规护理。Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing for diabetic hemodialysis patients on patient compliance.Methods Selected 62 study diabetic hemodialysis patients admitted to the department from June 2016 to July 2021 as the study objects.Random grouping was implemented according to the digital table method.31 patients used conventional nursing were selected into the control group,and 31 patients used evidence-based nursing were selected into the observation group.Detected the patient's blood glucose level and psychological and emotional changes,and counted the patient's nursing compliance.Results After nursing,in the observation group,the FPG(6.05±0.14)mmol/L,2 hPG(8.16±0.12)mmol/L,and HbA1c(5.07±0.19)%were all lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with(61.29%)of the control group,the compliance of the observation group(83.87%)was higher,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.630,P<0.05).Conclusion Diabetic hemodialysis patients have undergone evidence-based nursing,and the blood glucose level and psychological mood of the patients have been stably controlled,and the effectiveness and compliance of treatment are significantly better than that of conventional nursing.
