摘  要:目的探讨基于叙事医学的健康教育方案在2型糖尿病患者中的运用效果。方法采用方便抽样法选取2020年10月—2021年1月内蒙古医科大学附属医院和内蒙古自治区人民医院62例糖尿病出院患者,按照随机数表分为研究组和对照组,每组31例。对照组采用常规出院指导和随访,研究组在对照组基础上采用基于叙事医学的健康教育方法,干预时间为2个月。干预前后测定1周内患者空腹血糖(FPG)和餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG),并采用糖尿病授权简化中文量表、糖尿病生存质量特异性量表进行效果评价。结果干预后研究组的1周内FPG、2 hPG较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的授权能力和生存质量均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于叙事医学构建的糖尿病健康教育方案可有效降低患者的血糖水平,并且可以有效提高患者授权能力和生活质量,值得临床参考借鉴。Objective To explore the effects of health education programs based on narrative medicine in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods The convenience sampling method was used to select 62 patients with diabetes discharged from the Inner Mongolia Medical University Hospital and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People's Hospital from October 2020 to January 2021.According to the random number table,they were divided into study group and control group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group used routine discharge guidance and follow-up,and the study group used a health education method based on narrative medicine on the basis of the control group.The intervention time was 2 months.The fasting blood glucos(FPG)and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)of the patients within 1 week were measured before and after the intervention,and the effect was evaluated using the simplified Chinese scale for diabetes authorization and the diabetes quality of life specific scale.Results After intervention,the FPG and 2 hPG in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The empowerment ability and quality of life of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The diabetes health education program based on narrative medicine can effectively reduce patients'blood glucose level,and can effectively improve patients'empowerment ability and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical reference.
