糖尿病合并念球菌外阴阴道炎的综合护理干预临床价值研究

摘　　要：目的对综合护理干预在糖尿病合并念球菌外阴阴道炎护理中的效果进行探究。方法于2019年8月—2020年10月选择该院收治的120例糖尿病合并念球菌外阴阴道炎患者为研究对象,根据抽签法分为甲组和乙组,每组60例。甲组患者接受常规护理,乙组患者在甲组基础之上接受综合护理干预。对比两组的护理效果。结果护理前,甲组的空腹血糖水平为(9.6±1.8)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖水平为(13.4±2.4)mmol/L,乙组的空腹血糖水平为(9.5±1.7)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖水平为(13.2±2.7)mmol/L,两组空腹血糖水平、餐后2 h血糖水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,甲组的空腹血糖水平为(7.9±1.6)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖水平为(10.8±1.9)mmol/L,乙组的空腹血糖水平为(6.2±1.3)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖水平为(9.3±1.5)mmol/L,乙组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平明显低于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲组的护理满意度为78.3%,乙组的护理满意度为96.7%,乙组护理满意度明显高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲组的复发率为23.3%,乙组的复发率为5.0%,乙组的复发率明显低于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病合并念球菌外阴阴道炎的治疗中,采用综合护理干预的措施对其予以护理效果确切,可以有效控制患者的血糖水平,提高其护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of diabetes complicated with Candida vulvovaginitis.Methods From August 2019 to October 2020,120 patients with diabetes and candida vulvovaginitis admitted to the hospital were selected as research subjects,divided into groups A and B according to the lottery method,with 60 cases in each group.Patients in group A receive routine care,and patients in group B receive comprehensive nursing intervention on the A group basis.Compared the nursing effects of the two groups.Results Before nursing,the fasting blood glucose level of group A was(9.6±1.8)mmol/L,the blood glucose level 2 h after the meal was(13.4±2.4)mmol/L,and the fasting blood glucose level of group B was(9.5±1.7)mmol/L,the blood glucose level 2 h after the meal was(13.2±2.7)mmol/L.There was no significant difference in the fasting blood glucose level and the blood glucose level 2 h after the meal between the two groups(P>0.05);the fasting blood glucose level was(7.9±1.6)mmol/L,the blood glucose level 2 h after the meal was(10.8±1.9)mmol/L,the fasting blood glucose level of group B was(6.2±1.3)mmol/L,the blood glucose 2 h after the meal was(9.3±1.5)mmol/L.The fasting blood glucose level and the 2 h postprandial blood glucose level of group B were significantly lower than those of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of group A was 78.3%,and the nursing satisfaction of group B was 96.7%,and the nursing satisfaction of group B was significantly higher than that of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of group A was 23.3%,and the recurrence rate of group B was 5.0%.The recurrence rate of group B was significantly lower than that of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with Candida vulvovaginitis,the comprehensive nursing intervention measures are effective in nursing them,which can effectiv
