摘　　要：在农村经济社会发展过程中,农业农村档案工作与农民切身利益息息相关,做好这项基础性工作对农村经济建设来说至关重要。随着乡村振兴战略的提出,农业农村的发展逐渐引起各方重视,这为农业农村档案工作提供了诸多机遇和挑战。因此,相关档案部门必须在落实乡村振兴战略部署的基础上,进一步明确切入点,坚持积极作为,全面发挥农业农村档案工作在乡村振兴战略实施过程中的服务效能及作用。基于此况,本文将详细分析当前农村档案工作存在的突出问题,并提出针对性建议,进一步提升农业农村档案工作效率。In the process of rural economic and social development,agricultural and rural archives work is related closely to the vital interests of farmers,and it is crucial to do this basic job in rural economic construction.With the proposal of the rural revitalization strategy,the development of agriculture and rural areas has attracted gradually the attention from all parties,which provides many opportunities and challenges for the agricultural and rural archives work.Therefore,the relevant archives departments must,on the basis of implementing the deployment of the rural revitalization strategy,further clarify the entry point,adhere to the active action,and give full play to the service efficiency and role of the agricultural and rural archives work in the implementation process of the rural revitalization strategy.Based on this situation,this paper will analyze the outstanding problems in rural archives,and put forward targeted suggestions to improve the efficiency of agricultural and rural archives.
