论清代学者蒋彤对《管子》轻重理论的辨析与评价

摘　　要：《管子》轻重理论重视宏观调控,注意保持市场的供需平衡,这具有极强的指导性和实践性。清代学人蒋彤通过亲身经历与感受,围绕当时无锡农户米榖丰收而榖贱伤农的现象,撰《上养一子论<管子·轻重>书》,分析造成榖价低贱的原因、榖物的地位及其对国家治理的影响等方面来评判和辨析《管子》的轻重思想。蒋彤引用《管子》轻重方面的理论,以忧国忧民、关注现实的心态,期望找到合理解决社会尖锐经济矛盾的方案。The theory of non-importance and importance in Guan Zi emphasizes macro-control and pays attention to maintaining the balance of supply and demand in the market,which is highly instructive and practical.Through his personal experience and feelings,Jiang Tong,a scholar in the Qing Dynasty,wrote the book of Shang Yang Zi Lun Guan Zi:Non-importance and Importance on the phenomenon of farmers in Wuxi where the harvest of rice grains was good at that time,and analyzed the reasons for the low price of grains.The status of grains and its influence on the national governance are used to judge and analyze the thoughts of non-importance and importance in Guan Zi.With a mentality of worrying about the country and the people and paying attention to reality,Jiang Tong employed the theory of non-importance and importance in Guan Zi,hoping to find a reasonable solution to the sharp economic contradictions in the society.
