摘　　要：不同的建筑设计策略为社会住房带来差别巨大的现实后果。MAD建筑事务所的百子湾公租房在"外"和"内"的双重规划束缚前提下,以创新的居住形态将城市功能在社区中内化,悬浮式的"城市公园"保证了城市、社区居住之间的层次差异,同时也为它们带来了有效的彼此交流,在真实的三维形态上落实了"社会"的含义,带动了与"居"和"住"有关的建筑实验。Different architectural design strategies have brought about huge differences in social housing.MAD Architects’ Baiziwan Social Housing is an innovative residential project that internalizes urban functions in the community under the premise of dual planning constraints of "outside" and "inside".The floating "city park" ensures different layers among the city,the community,and the residential area,and at the same time brings effective communication between them,realizing the meaning of "social" in the real three-dimensional form and exploring the relationship between "dwelling" and "living".
