摘　　要：近年来,松辽流域农田灌溉年用水量为500亿m^(3)左右,占全流域总用水量的74%左右,但总体来说节水灌溉比例较低,农业用水方式较为粗放,节水潜力较大。抓好农业节水是松辽流域落实节水优先方针的关键领域,是流域内建立水资源刚性约束制度的关键环节,是稳定"东北大粮仓"和保障国家粮食安全的重要抓手。文章分析了松辽流域农业节水现状与存在的问题,结合农业节水面临的形势,提出了流域农业节水的对策建议,为流域探索农业"节水化"道路提供参考。In recent years, the annual water consumption of farmland irrigation in the Songliao River Basin is about 50 billion m^(3), accounting for about 74% of the total water consumption in the whole basin. Generally speaking, the proportion of water-saving irrigation is low, and the agricultural water use mode is extensive, so the potential for water saving is huge. Promoting agricultural water saving is key for water saving in the Songliao River Basin. It is also a key link for establishing a rigid restraint system of water resources in the basin, and an important starting point for safeguarding the “northeast granary” and ensuring national food security. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of agricultural water saving in the Songliao River Basin, and puts forward countermeasures and recommendations for agricultural water saving in the Songliao River Basin, so as to provide reference for exploring agricultural water saving in the basin.
