摘　　要：肥胖是能量平衡系统紊乱导致的主要病理现象之一。不仅影响美观,也危害着女性生殖健康。肥胖所致的机体内分泌系统的紊乱是诱发女性不孕的主要原因之一。临床上促排卵治疗后可获得较高的排卵率,但胚胎种植率及妊娠率仍较低,考虑与子宫内膜容受性受损有关。肥胖可通过胰岛素抵抗、高瘦素血症及脂毒性等多个环节影响子宫内膜容受性。控制体质量可明显改善肥胖患者子宫内膜容受性,提高胚胎着床率。因此,正确理解肥胖对子宫内膜容受性的影响及机制,是当前生殖领域中不可忽视的重要问题。Obesity is an excessive accumulation of adipose tissue and leads to the disorder of energy balance.Obesity affects female appearance,but it also exerts a negative influence on female fertility.Endocrine disorder caused by obesity is one of the main reasons of infertility.In clinical practice,the higher ovulating rate is obtained by the ovulation induction,but the rate of implantation and clinical pregnancy is still lower,which is associated with impaired endometrial receptivity.Obesity affects endometrial receptivity due to insulin resistance,hyperleptinemia and lipotoxicity.Weight loss could improve endometrial receptivity and enhance the rate of implantation.Thus,to improve our understanding of the mechanism of obesity effect on endometrial receptivity,and prevent or treat obesity is an important issue which can not be ignored in the current field of reproduction.
