摘　　要：随着装备科技信息新工作体系的建立,装备科技信息从生产体系、服务模式、服务对象等多方面都发生了调整。本文从装备科技信息集成服务的过程入手,提出了集成服务总体框架,在分析各个过程重要环节的基础上,将装备科技信息集成服务的重点放在资源接入过程的实现与资源接入后的服务上。此外,本研究还在数据接入与服务中间增加数据管理这一重要环节,将装备科技信息视作战略性资产,着重强调装备科技信息数据管理过程中的质量控制,并对服务配套管理机制、技术工具支撑进行了深入研究,从而形成了完整的新时期装备科技信息集成服务过程,以为建立长期、持续、良性循环的装备科技信息集成服务方法提供参考。Equipment science and technology information have led to many changes in the production system,service mode and service object.Starting with the process of equipment science and technology information integration service,this paper proposes an overall framework of integration services and analyzes the important links in each process.An integration service involving equipment science and technology information should focus on realizing the resource access process and the service after resource access.One important link,namely,data management between data access and services,takes equipment science and technology information as a strategic asset,emphasizes quality control in the process of equipment science and technology information data management,and improves the service supporting management mechanism.Technical tool support has been studied intensively,so as to form a complete process of the equipment science and technology information integration service in the new era,which provides a reference for establishing a long-term,sustainable and virtuous cycle of the equipment science and technology information integration service method.
