国际主流军事类学术期刊的研究热点与前沿探析

摘　　要：从学术期刊发表的公开学术论文角度探析军事领域研究热点和发现新兴研究话题是该领域学者们普遍关心的问题。梳理国际军事类知名学术期刊的基本情况并在此基础上跟踪掌握国际同行研究热点和前沿发展动向,不仅可为国防科技政策制定的管理部门提供决策支持,也能为从事相关研究领域的科技工作者提供具体建议,更能为国内期刊建设单位开展选题策划和提升学术水平提供重要参考。WebofScience数据库是当前世界范围内学术界公认的权威引文数据库,其来源期刊上发表的学术论文能够反映国际学术界的研究热点和前沿内容。本文基于2020年科睿唯安公司发布的年度期刊引证报告,用人工判读与专家咨询相结合的方式,对Web of Science数据库中38本军事类学术期刊进行了梳理和讨论;在此基础上,使用文献计量学方法,详细分析了近5年这部分学术期刊发表文献的研究热点和前沿、作者和研究机构地域分布等内容,以期对《国防科技》的选题策划和学术影响力提升提供参考及借鉴。It is necessary to exploit and analyze research hotspots and frontiers in articles published by foreign military academic journals,especially high-level journals in the SCI,SCIE,and SSCI databases.Firstly,military and national defense-related academic journals are sorted,through a combination of manual interpretations and expert consultations based on the Journal Citespace Reports issued by Clarivate Analytics this year.Then,the current situation,research hotspots,and trends of military or national defense research are revealed by literature metrology and descriptive statistics analysis from several journals comparable to National Defense Technology in the past five years.We select several key variables,such as authors,keywords,and research institutions.We hope that this work can serve as a reference to domestic military journals in terms of topic selection and the promotion of academic influence.
