摘 要:分析了金沙水电站4号水轮机组定子线棒工频交流耐压试验放电情况,总结了定子线棒出现的各种绝缘问题,并提出了相应的改进措施。结果表明:定子线棒结构和受潮情况是导致线棒放电的主要原因,通过对线棒端头进行包裹和对线棒进行加热干燥可以有效缓解线棒放电现象,但并未完全解决线棒耐压试验中的放电问题。因此,在设计及生产定子线棒时,可以通过增加中间段主绝缘长度,或直接增加绝缘厚度等手段进一步优化线棒结构以解决线棒试验放电问题。In order to solve the problem of stator bar electro-discharge of Jinsha Hydropower Station during the con⁃struction,power frequency AC voltage withstand test of stator bar of No.4 unit was carried out and analyzed,and various insulation problems of stator bar were summarized,and then correspondent improvement measures were put forward.The results showed that the stator bar structure and its damp condition were the main causes for the stator bar electro-discharge.Wrapping the end of the stator bar and heating and drying the stator bar on site could effec⁃tively alleviate the bar electro-discharge phenomenon,but that was unable to solve completely electro-discharge problem.Therefore,when designing and producing the stator bar,the measures of adjusting and optimizing the equipotential structure of the bar,increasing the main insulation length of the middle section for the purpose of in⁃creasing the creepage distance,or directly increasing the insulation thickness and other methods can be adopted to further optimize the bar structure for solving the discharge problem of bar test.
