老龄化视域下农村社会家庭赡养供给不足及其治理策略

摘　　要：家庭赡养不仅是我国农村社会老年人传统的养老方式,而且是新时代农村社会老年人尤为偏好的养老方式。然而当前我国农村社会的家庭赡养普遍面临着经济支持不尽力、生活照料不尽责、精神慰藉不尽心等赡养供给不足的问题。我国农村社会家庭赡养供给不足困境的形成与传统孝道文化价值观念的认知偏差、子代核心家庭利益凸显、农村社会保障不完善以及老年家庭赡养法律制度不健全等因素密切相关。新时代农村社会家庭赡养供给不足的治理需要进一步弘扬农村社会传统孝道文化,均衡家庭代际关系,健全家庭赡养法律制度,完善社会养老保障制度的有效供给以及不断提升农村社会老年人的自我养老保障能力。Family supporting is not only the traditional way support,but also the preferred way of supporting for the aged in rural China.However,at present,the family support in the Rural Society of our country is confronted with the problems,such as insufficient economic supporting,inadequate life care,inadequate spiritual comfort,etc.The formation of the shortage of family support in rural China is closely related to the cognitive deviation of traditional filial piety cultural values,the prominence of the interests of the Nuclear family,the imperfection of rural social security and the imperfection of the legal system of family support for the aged.In order to solve the problem of insufficient family support in rural society in the new era,it is necessary to further promote the traditional culture of filial piety in rural society,balance the family intergenerational relationship,perfect the legal system of family support,and perfect the effective supply of social old-age security system and constantly improve the ability of self-support for the aged in rural society.
