珠三角城市群高质量发展质量评价及影响因素研究

摘  要:文章首先以2016—2019年珠三角9个城市数据为研究基础,其次通过TOPSIS法实证研究各市高质量发展状况,最后运用灰色关联分析法探究影响各市高质量发展的主要因素。研究结果表明:深圳市、肇庆市分别是城市群高质量发展程度最高和最低的城市;珠三角城市群已初步形成“一超两强三心”发展格局;教育和高技术产业的发展对佛山和江门二市的影响尤为明显,工业产销对接对东莞、广州、肇庆、深圳、江门、珠海等城市的影响较为薄弱;珠三角城市群整体高质量发展质量呈现不平衡不充分的发展趋势。基于此,各市应因城施策将提高城市发展平衡性作为实现城市高质量发展的关键之举,加快构建优质均衡的公共服务体系。This paper takes the data of nine cities in the Pearl River Delta(PRD)from 2016—2019 as the basis of the study,empirically studies the high-quality development status of each city through TOPSIS method,and explores the main factors affecting the high-quality development of each city by using gray correlation analysis.The research results show that:Shenzhen and Zhaoqing are the cities with the highest and lowest degree of high-quality development in the city cluster,respectively;The PRD city cluster has preliminarily formed a distinctive development pattern;The development of education and high technology industry has a significant impact on the cities of Foshan and Jiangmen,while the impact of industrial production and marketing on the cities of Dongguan,Guangzhou,Zhaoqing,Shenzhen,Jiangmen and Zhuhai is weak;The overall quality development quality of the PRD city cluster shows an unbalanced and insufficient development trend.Based on this,each city should take city-specific measures to improve the balance of urban development as a key move to achieve high-quality urban development,and accelerate the construction of a high-quality and balanced public service system.
