摘　　要：某型直升机在地面牵引时,机轮刹车装置的固定螺栓断裂,导致主起落架机轮刹车装置脱落。根据故障排查、故障树分析和螺栓材料性能分析,将故障定位为固定螺栓材料性能不足导致螺栓无法承受来自地面的冲击载荷。最后根据故障机理提出了解决方案。When a helicopter was trailed in terrestrial,the fixed bolt of the wheel brake device caused the wheel brake device of undercarriage fall off.Depending on the performance analysis,and bolt material performance analysis,the fault was positioned as a fixed bolt material.The bolt could not withstand the impact load from the ground.Then,proposed a solution according to the fault mechanism.
