摘　　要：对V-22倾转旋翼机进行专利检索分析;介绍了贝尔及波音公司在倾转旋翼技术方面的专利分布;从倾转控制、旋翼系统、动力系统三方面就倾转旋翼机的技术发展脉络进行了阐述;最后提出了对我国在专利挖掘分析与策略制定方面的建议,为相关技术主体在该领域的技术创新及专利侵权规避提供参考意见。This article introduced the patent distribution of Bell and Boeing company in the tilt-rotor technology through patent searching and analyzing of the V-22 tilt-rotor aircraft.The technical development context of tilt-rotor technology was carried out from three aspects of the tilt-rotor control,rotor system and power system.Finally,some suggestions on the analysis and strategy formulation of patent mining were present,which could provide reference opinions for relevant technical subjects in terms of technological innovation and patent infringement avoidance in this field.
