摘  要:目的了解2016—2019年宁夏放射工作人员个人剂量异常剂量的产生原因,制定相应规章制度来控制宁夏个人剂量水平。方法2016—2019年使用LiF(Mg、Cu、P)热释光剂量计对该医院的放射工作人员的外照射个人剂量水平进行定期检测;对个人剂量监测季度结果超过周期调查水平参考值的放射工作人员进行调查水平剂量核查登记。结果2016—2019年共监测12686人次,个人剂量异常一共144人次,占总的监测人次比为1.14%;个人剂量监测人数、监测人次及个人剂量异常人次最多的职业类别均是诊断放射学,介入放射学次之,最少的是牙科放射学;引起个人剂量异常的原因是“佩戴期间工作量较前期明显增加”和“剂量计佩戴在铅防护衣外”。结论2016—2019年宁夏地区医疗机构放射工作人员外照射个人剂量异常原因大致可分为异常照射和正常照射。Objective To understand the causes of the abnormal dose of individual dose of radiation workers in Ningxia from 2016 to 2019,and to establish corresponding rules and regulations to control the individual dose level in Ningxia.Methods From 2016 to 2019,LiF(Mg,Cu,P)thermoluminescent dosimeter was used to regularly detect the individual dose level of external radiation of the radiation workers in the hospital;the radiation workers whose quarterly results of individual dose monitoring exceeded the reference value of the periodic investigation level were checked and registered for the investigation level dose.Results From 2016 to 2019,12686 person times were monitored,and 144 person times with abnormal personal dose in four years,accounting for 1.14%of the total monitoring person times;In the past four years,the occupational category with the largest number of individual dose monitoring,monitoring person times and individual dose abnormality person times was diagnostic radiology,followed by interventional radiology,and dental radiology at least.The reasons for the abnormal personal dose in the past four years were“the workload during wearing is significantly increased compared with the previous period”and“the dosimeter is worn outside the lead protective clothing”.Conclusion From 2016 to 2019,the reasons for the abnormal personal dose of external exposure of radiation workers in medical institutions in Ningxia can be roughly divided into abnormal exposure and normal exposure.
