摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情是一场严峻的全球性突发公共卫生事件,通过对收集的北京市某新冠肺炎疫情定点医院和非定点医院的数据进行分析,发现我国医院应急资源管理存在漏洞,提示我国医院应急资源管理能力有待进一步加强,尤其是建立在理论和模型层面的研究。系统梳理了我国应急资源管理领域的相关法律法规和管理现状,并重点阐述了国内外医院应急资源决策配置的相关理论和模型研究,旨在为进一步提升医院应急管理能力提供支持。The outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic is a severe global public health emergency.It discovers some loopholes in hospital emergency resource management via analyzing the data collected from a COVID-19 epidemic designated hospital and a non-designated hospital and,suggesting that management capabilities in this field need to be further strengthened,especially theoretical and model research.It systematically sorts out the regulations and current situation of hospital emergency resource management,focusing on related theories and models,and aims to provide support for further research and enhancement of hospital emergency management capabilities.
