摘  要:针对机电液耦合器流固耦合分析对结构设计和后续材料选取的重要性,本文分析了机电液耦合器的结构和工作原理,建立了流固耦合数学模型,形成机电液耦合器的单向流固耦合分析方法。在Workbench中的Design Modeler提取斜盘式柱塞泵的流体域,通过Fluent软件进行瞬态和稳态流场仿真分析,并利用Static Structural对结构进行单向流固耦合仿真分析。仿真结果表明,在额定工况下,求解得到斜盘式柱塞泵最大变形为0.04309 mm,最大等效应力为247.75 MPa,说明流体动力各部件的总变形和等效应力满足要求,配流盘处的应力较大,安全系数有待提高。该研究为结构设计提供了参考,具有一定的研究价值。In view of the importance of fluid structure coupling analysis of electromechanical hydraulic coupler to structural design and subsequent material selection,this paper analyzes the structure and working principle of the electro-hydraulic coupler,establishes the mathematical model of fluid structure coupling,and presents unidirectional fluid structure coupling analysis method for electromechanical hydraulic coupler.Fluid domain of one of the swashplate plunger pumps is extracted by DesignModeler in Workbench,simulation of transient and steady state flow is performed by Fluent,and a one-way fluid-structure coupling simulation of the structure is done using Static Structural.The maximum deformation of swashplate piston pump is 0.04309 mm and the maximum equivalent stress is 247.75 MPa.The results show that the total deformation and equivalent forces of the hydrodynamic components satisfy the requirements at rated operating conditions,the stress at the flow distribution plate is higher and the safety factor needs to be improved.The research provides a reference for structural design and has a certain research value.
