摘  要:针对传统计量校准领域中校准设备昂贵、速率慢、过程复杂等问题,本文设计并实现了一种基于嵌入式系统的高精度八位二进制电阻分压器。利用低温度系数的精密电阻和双线圈锁存继电器,构成八位二进制分压网络,通过嵌入式系统控制多组继电器开关,实现分压比率的自校准,自校准过程省时高效,可以实现0~1之间任意比例的自校准。实验结果表明,研制的两个独立八位二进制分压器,自校准结果一致性优于5×10^(-7),持续工作稳定性表现良好,两个独立的分压器提供的高精度分压比率性能可靠。该研究以低廉的成本达到了非常高的精度,在计量校准领域中为其他商用仪器仪表的线性度评估提供修正参考。Aiming at the problems of expensive calibration equipment,slow speed and complex process in the field of traditional metrology calibration,a high-precision eight bit binary resistance voltage divider based on embedded system is designed and implemented.The eight bit binary voltage divider network is composed of precision resistance with low temperature coefficient and double coil latch relay.The self calibration of the partial voltage ratio is realized by controlling multiple groups of relay switches through the embedded system.The self calibration process is time-saving and efficient,and the self calibration of any proportion between 0~1 can be realized.Experiments show that the consistency of the self calibration results of the two independent 8 bit binary voltage dividers is better than 5×10^(-7),and the continuous working stability is good.The high-precision partial pressure ratio provided by the two independent voltage dividers is reliable.This study achieves very high accuracy at low cost,and provides a correction reference for the linearity evaluation of other commercial instruments in the field of metrological calibration.
