银花解毒方加减联合甲硝唑棒对行种植牙术患者牙周指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨银花解毒方加减联合甲硝唑棒治疗行种植牙术患者慢性牙周病的临床疗效,以及对其牙周指标的影响。方法选取医院2018年3月至2020年3月收治的慢性牙周病患者102例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各51例。两组患者术前均予甲硝唑棒,观察组加用银花解毒方加减,均连续治疗2周后行种植牙手术治疗。结果观察组未严格遵守治疗方案1例、自愿退出2例,对照组自愿退出2例、失访2例,均予以剔除。观察组总有效率为89.58%,显著高于对照组的72.34%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组探诊深度、牙龈退缩长度、临床附着丧失均显著短于对照组,龈沟出血指数显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的转录激活因子1、基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子1、髓过氧化物酶水平均显著低于对照组,咀嚼评分量表评分、生活质量综合评定量表-74评分均显著高于对照组,疼痛数字评定量表评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组和对照组治疗期间不良反应发生率相当(14.58%比8.51%,P>0.05)。结论银花解毒方加减联合甲硝唑棒治疗行种植牙术患者慢性牙周病疗效较好,能改善其牙周指标水平,降低血清生物学标记蛋白水平,提高生活质量,且治疗安全性良好。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified Yinhua Jiedu Recipe combined with metronidazole rod in the treatment of chronic periodontal disease in patients undergoing dental implantation and its effect on periodontal indexes.Methods A total of 102 patients with chronic periodontal disease admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 51 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were given metronidazole rod before operation,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were treated with modified Yinhua Jiedu Recipe.After continuous treatment for two weeks,all the patients underwent dental implantation.Results One case did not strictly abide by the treatment plan and two cases voluntarily withdrew in the observation group,while two cases voluntarily withdrew and two cases were lost to follow-up in the control group,all the above patients were excluded.The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.58%,which was significantly higher than 72.34%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the probing depth(PD),gingival retraction length(GR)and clinical attachment loss(CAL)in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the sulcus bleeding index(SBI)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of signal transducer and activator of transcription 1(STAT1),tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase 1(TIMP-1)and myeloperoxidase(MPO)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the scores of Mastication Scale and Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOL-74)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the score of Numeric Rating Scales(NRS)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was similar to
