摘 要:采用4,4′-六氟异丙基邻苯二甲酸酐(6FDA),4,4′-二氨基-2,2′-二甲基-1,1′-联苯(o-TOL)和2,2′-双(三氟甲基)-4,4′-二氨基联苯(TFMB),经两步法合成了一系列聚酰胺酸(PAA)溶液,再经流延涂膜、去溶剂和亚胺化后制备了一系列无色透明聚酰亚胺(CPI)薄膜。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、紫外-可见分光光度计、差示扫描量热仪和热重分析仪对CPI薄膜结构和性能进行了研究。结果表明:CPI薄膜具有优异的综合性能。当o-TOL物质的量分数为50%~100%时,CPI薄膜耐热性能优异,玻璃化转变温度均在320.00℃左右,CPI薄膜失重5%时的温度都在490.00℃以上,最大透光率基本都在90%以上。A series of polyamic acid(PAA)solutions were synthesized by two-step method using 4,4′-hexafluoroisopropyl phthalic anhydride(6 FDA),4,4′-diamino-2,2′-dimethyl-1,1′-biphenyl(o-TOL)and 2,2′-bis(trifluoromethyl)-4,4′-diaminobiphenyl(TFMB).After casting film coating,solvent removal and imidization,a series of colorless transparent polyimide(CPI)films were prepared.The structure and properties of CPI films were studied by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,UV-visible spectrophotometer,differential scanning calorimeter and thermogravimetric analyzer.The results show that CPI films have excellent comprehensive performance.When mole fraction of o-TOL is between 50%and 100%,the thermal resistances of CPI films are excellent,and the glass transition temperatures are all about 320.00℃,and the temperature of 5%weight loss of CPI films is all above 490.00℃,and the maximum transmittances are basically above 90%.
