摘  要:利用9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)作为阻燃剂,制备质量分数20%长玻璃纤维(LGF)增强热塑性聚氨酯/聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯/DOPO(20%LGF/TPU/PBT/DOPO)阻燃复合材料,研究了阻燃复合材料的阻燃性能、流变行为和力学性能。结果表明:随着DOPO用量增加,阻燃复合材料的阻燃性能逐渐提升,当DOPO质量分数为9%时,阻燃复合材料的阻燃等级为V-0,极限氧指数为24.5%。阻燃复合材料的阻燃机理以气相阻燃为主,凝聚相阻燃为辅。阻燃复合材料的力学性能随着DOPO用量增加而降低。Using 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphophenanthrene-10-oxide(DOPO)as flame retardant,20%mass fraction of long glass fiber(LGF)reinforced thermoplastic polyurethane/polybutylene terephthalate/DOPO(20%LGF/TPU/PBT/DOPO)flame retardant composites were prepared.The flame retardant properties,rheological behavior and mechanical properties of flame retardant composites were studied.The results show that with the increase of DOPO dosage,the flame retardant property of flame retardant composites is gradually improved.When the mass fraction of DOPO is 9%,the flame retardant grade of flame retardant composites is V-0,and the limit oxygen index is 24.5%.The flame retardant mechanism of flame retardant composites is mainly gas phase flame retardant supplemented by condensed phase flame retardant.The mechanical property of flame retardant composites decreases with the increase of DOPO dosage.
