摘  要:以酚酞型聚芳醚腈酮(PEK-CN)为基体、六方氮化硼(BN)为导热填料,通过高温模压法制备了PEK-CN/BN导热复合材料,研究了BN含量对PEK-CN/BN复合材料导热性能、热稳定性、微观形貌与力学性能的影响。结果表明:BN能有效改善PEK-CN/BN复合材料的导热性能,复合材料的玻璃化转变温度与导热系数均随BN含量增大而增大。当BN质量分数为30%时,复合材料的导热系数为0.713 W/(m·K),复合材料失重5%和20%时对应的温度较PEK-CN分别提高了25.13℃和44.80℃。随着BN含量增大,BN在PEK-CN/BN复合材料中分布越来越均匀,有利于构建导热网络。同时,PEK-CN/BN复合材料的力学性能随着BN含量增大而有所提升。Using phenolphthalein polyarylether nitrile ketone(PEK-CN)as matrix and hexagonal boron nitride(BN)as thermal conductive filler,PEK-CN/BN thermal conductive composite was prepared by high temperature molding method.The effects of BN content on thermal conductivity,thermal stability,microstructure and mechanical properties of PEK-CN/BN composite were studied.The results show that BN can effectively improve the thermal conductivity of PEK-CN/BN composite.The glass transition temperature and thermal conductivity of the composite increase with the increase of BN content.When the mass fraction of BN is 30%,the thermal conductivity of the composite is 0.713 W/(m·K).Compared with PEK-CN,the temperature corresponding to the weight loss of 5%and 20%of the composite increases by 25.13℃,44.80℃,respectively.With the increase of BN content,the distribution of BN in PEK-CN/BN composite is more and more uniform,which is conducive to the construction of thermal conductivity network.Meanwhile,the mechanical properties of PEK-CN/BN composite are improved with the increase of BN content.
