摘　　要：目的:了解我院5-HT_(3)受体拮抗剂的临床应用情况,以期为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性研究的方法,随机抽取我院2021年1月–2021年6月使用5-HT_(3)受体拮抗剂的288例住院患者病历,收集患者性别、年龄、就诊科室、适应证、药品用法用量等信息进行统计分析。结果:288例患者中有72例(25.00%)存在不合理用药,包括超适应证用药(48例,66.67%),给药剂量不适宜(16例,22.22%),重复用药(7例,9.72%),用药时机不合理(1例,1.39%)。结论:我院5-HT_(3)受体拮抗剂不合理应用情况较为严重,尤其是超适应证用药较多,临床医师、临床药师及医院相关部门应加强5-HT_(3)受体拮抗剂的医嘱点评以及药品管理,共同促进合理用药。Objective:To understand the clinical application of 5-HT_(3)receptor antagonists in our hospital in order to provide references for the rational drug use in clinic.Methods:Medical records of 288 inpatients using 5-HT_(3)receptor antagonists in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2021 were retrospectively selected and statistically analyzed in terms of the patient's gender,age,department,indications,drug usage and dosage,etc.Results:Among the 288 cases,72 cases(25.00%)had irrational medication,including off-label use(48 cases,66.67%),inappropriate dosage(16 cases,22.22%),repeated medication(7 cases,9.72%),and unreasonable timing of medication(1 case,1.39%).Conclusion:The irrational application of 5-HT_(3)receptor antagonists was serious,especially the off-label use of them.It was necessary to strengthen the evaluation of medical orders and the management of 5-HT_(3)receptor antagonists in order to promote rational drug use.
