摘  要:目前水力发电厂大坝渗漏排水系统结垢严重,造成排水泵频繁停机,严重影响生产。基于超声波除垢的方法,文中对用于除垢的磁致伸缩超声波换能器进行设计和研究,最终确定磁致伸缩换能器工作频率为24 kHz,功率为150 W。完成了换能器振子和振幅杆的材料选择与结构设计,振子采用窗形结构,变幅杆采用圆锥形平滑过渡的阶梯型结构,计算确定了线圈的匝数和工作电流与电压,对振幅杆进行了仿真和模态分析,仿真结果与设计目标的误差小于2%。At present,the dam leakage drainage system of hydroelectric power plant is seriously scaled,causing frequent shutdowns of drainage pumps,which seriously affects production.Based on the method of ultrasonic descaling,this paper designs and studies the magnetostrictive ultrasonic transducer used for descaling,and finally determines that the working frequency of the magnetostrictive transducer is 24 kHz and the power is 150 W.The material selection and structure design of the transducer vibrator and amplitude rod are completed.The vibrator adopts a window-shaped structure,and the amplitude rod adopts a conical and smooth transition stepped structure.The number of turns of the coil and the working current and voltage are calculated and determined.Simulation and modal analysis of the amplitude rods are carried out,and the error between the simulation result and the design target is less than 2%.
