摘　　要：摆线齿轮有很多优点,但是设计加工难度较大,实践中常采用修正摆线齿轮。钟表齿轮是修正摆线的典型应用。文中总结了修正摆线齿轮的特点,整理优化了其几何参数计算公式和计算系数,利用Creo进行修正摆线钟表齿轮全参数化建模,为摆线齿轮设计提供了成套的新方案。Cycloid gear has many advantages,but it is difficult to design and process.In practice,modified cycloid gear is often used.Clock gear is a typical application of cycloid correction.This paper summarizes the characteristics of the modified cycloid gear,arranges and optimizes its geometric parameter calculation formula and calculation coefficient,uses Creo to carry out the full parametric modeling of the modified cycloid clock gear,and provides a complete set of new scheme for the cycloid gear design.
