摘　　要：某款发动机台架试验过程中出现水泵“异响”问题,更换水泵总成和皮带,异响消失。经过分析确定,原因为水泵中心距装配工装磨损导致发动机水泵带轮中心距偏大,使皮带张力偏大,发动机产生异响。通过在水泵与调温器壳体增加定位销结构代替水泵安装工装方案,解决了工装磨损导致的水泵异响问题。The abnormal noise of the water pump occurs during the bench test of a certain engine.The abnormal noise disappears after replacing the water pump assembly and belt.After analysis,it is determined that the reason is that the center distance of the engine water pump pulley is too large due to the wear of the assembly tooling,which causes the belt tension to be too large,and the engine produces abnormal noise.By adding a positioning pin structure to the water pump and the thermostat housing instead of the water pump installation tooling solution,the problem of abnormal noise of the water pump caused by tool wear is solved.
