摘 要:洞桩法(PBA法)是浅埋暗挖法的一种类型,施工过程主要包括4个阶段:导洞施工阶段、桩柱施工阶段、扣拱施工阶段、主体施工阶段。在桩柱施工阶段,由于所处地层类型不同,钢管柱的成孔方法也不尽相同,选择合适的成孔方法可以有效控制地表沉降,提高施工效率。因此,以北京地铁17号线东大桥车站钢管柱成孔施工为例,介绍了在砂砾石地层条件下钢管柱的成孔施工,分析了不同施工方法的风险性,采取有效措施解决了施工过程中存在的孔壁坍塌、地表沉降、施工风险高等难题。PBA method is a kind of shallow buried and concealed excavation method. Its construction process includes four stages of t the guide tunnel, the pile column, the arch buckle and the main part construction. During the construction stage of pile column, the hole forming method of steel pipe column is different because of different stratum types. The surface settlement can be effectively controlled and the construction efficiency be improved by the appropriate hole forming method. Therefore, taking the construction of the steel pipr column at Dongdaqiao station of Beijing Subway Line 17 as an example, the hole forming of steel pipe column under the sand gravel stratum type is introduced in this paper, the risk of different construction methods are analyzed, and effective measures are taken to solve the problems of hole wall collapse, surface settlement and high construction risk.
