摘 要:土压平衡盾构掘进依靠土舱压力与前方水土压力的平衡以及土舱进渣、出渣量的平衡,当盾构实际出土量大于理论出土量时,即发生盾构超排,超排量会对土舱压力产生影响,同时造成地表沉降。依托北京地铁16号线26标榆树庄站—宛平城站区间盾构隧道工程,对盾构超排、欠排量进行统计,提出单位超排量的概念,进而研究了单位超排量与土压力变化的相关性和盾构超排量与地表沉降的相关性。研究结果表明:1)辐条面板复合式刀盘因其刀盘开口率较小,大粒径的漂石颗粒通过性不佳,导致进渣量不稳定,更容易发生出渣超排;2)随着土压力减小幅度变大,超排量也增大,且成线性关系;3)盾构超排引发地表沉降,超排量越大,地表沉降越大。The earth pressure balance shield(EPBS) tunneling relies on the pressure balance between soil chamber pressure and water and soil pressure ahead, and the amount balance between the muck inlet and outlet of earth tank.When the actual excavation volume of the shield is more than the theoretical one,the shield excess discharge will occur. The excess discharge will affect pressure of the earth tank and cause surface settlement at the same time.Taking the Yushuzhuang~Wanpingcheng shield tunnel project of Bid 26 of Beijing Metro Line 16 as an example,shield excess and under discharge are counted to propose the concept of unit excess discharge. The correlation between unit excess discharge and pressure changes of earth are studied as well as the correlation between the excess-displacement and the ground settlement. The research results show that: 1) Because the spoke-panel composite cutter head has a small opening rate of the cutter head,the permeability of large-size boulder particles are poor. The amount of slag is not stable and it is more prone to over-discharge;2) With the earth pressure decreases, the excess discharge also increases,and their relationship is linear;3) The shield excess discharge causes surface settlement.The more the discharge amount, the greater the ground subsidence.
