摘  要:在稠油注蒸汽热采过程中,往往用临界流喷嘴控制蒸汽注入流量,但是传统的临界流喷嘴存在着流量调节困难的问题。为此,设计了一种可调式临界流量文丘里喷嘴。通过搭建室内试验平台,对可调式临界流文丘里喷嘴的流动特性进行了试验研究。主要研究了可调式临界流文丘里喷嘴的临界流量、临界背压比、流出系数等的变化规律,并分析了调节锥位移和气体含液量对可调式临界流文丘里喷嘴流动特性的影响规律。研究结果表明,可调式临界流文丘里喷嘴可以实现临界流,并能够通过改变调节锥的位移来调节临界流量;可调式临界流文丘里喷嘴的单相气体临界流量控制偏差在±3%以内;临界背压比在0.85以上;流出系数小于标准临界流文丘里喷嘴的流出系数,但稳定值在0.9以上;液体的存在会使得气体临界流量降低,液量越大、进口压力越低,气体临界流量的降低程度越明显。该研究结果对可调式临界流文丘里喷嘴的设计和工程应用具有指导意义。In the process of steam injection thermal recovery of heavy oil,the critical flow nozzle is often used to control the steam injection flow,but it’s difficult for flow adjustment of the traditional critical flow nozzle.Aiming at this problem,an adjustable critical flow venturi nozzle was designed in this paper.By setting up an indoor test platform,the flow characteristics of the adjustable critical flow venturi nozzle were experimentally studied,including the change law of its critical flow rate,its critical back pressure ratio,and discharge coefficient.Besides,the influence of theadjustment cone displacement and the liquid content of the gas on the flow characteristics of the adjustable critical flow venture nozzle was analyzed.The research results show that the adjustable critical flow venturi nozzle can achieve critical flow and can adjust the critical flow by changing the displacement of the adjusting cone.The control deviation of the single-phase gas critical flow of the adjustable critical flow venturi nozzle is within±3%.The critical back pressure ratio is above 0.85 and the discharge coefficient is less than that of the standard critical flow venturi nozzle,but its stable value is above 0.9.The presence of liquid will reduce the critical flow of gas.The larger the liquid volume is and the lower the inlet pressure is,the more obvious the reduction of critical flow rate of gas will be.The researchresults have guiding significance for the design and engineering application of adjustable critical flow venturi nozzle.
