摘 要:为提高高频高压电源的充电速率,基于谐振式软开关对高频高压电源进行了优化设计。选择高频高压电源主电路拓扑,基于谐振式软开关设计了整体电源、逆变电路,设计了主功率回路和变压器。实验结果表明,设计的高频高压电源的充电速率比常规电源高,能够满足目前的需求。In order to improve the charging rate of high frequency and high voltage power supply,the high frequency and high voltage power supply is optimized based on resonant soft switch.The main circuit topology of high frequency and high voltage power supply is selected,the overall and inverter circuits are designed based on resonant soft switch,and the main power circuit and transformer are designed.The experimental results show that the charging rate of the designed high frequency and high voltage power supply is higher than that of the conventional power supply,which can meet the current needs.
