摘 要:将臭氧应用于污水处理具有反应迅速、流程简单、无二次污染等诸多优点,因而受到了人们的重视,并得到了更加广泛的应用。天津市滨海新区海河口南岸地区污水处理工程设计规模为30000 t/d,污水处理过程中需投加臭氧作为消毒和高级氧化的措施。污水处理过程中的臭氧一般由臭氧发生器制取。臭氧发生器主要有板式和管式两种类型。该项目设计过程中,对三种不同的臭氧发生器进行了分析,并针对该项目的实际情况对其进行了比选。The application of ozone in the wastewater treatment has many advantages,such as rapid reaction,simple process,no secondary pollution and so on.Therefore,it has been paid more attention and widely used.The design scale of the wastewater treatment project in the south bank area of Haihe River in Binhai New Area of Tianjin is 30000 t/d.The ozone is required as the disinfection and advanced oxidation measures in the process of wastewater treatment.The ozone in wastewater treatment process is usually produced by an ozone generator.There are two main types of ozone generator with plate and tubular for each.In the design process of the project,three different types of ozone generator are analyzed and the comparison is made according to the actual situation of the project.
