摘 要:网架式模块化深远海养殖平台由多个网架式网箱模块组合而成,能更好的适应深远海环境。为便于分析网箱模块浮架结构强度,本文不考虑网衣的作用,只针对单个网箱模块浮架结构屈服强度开展研究。采用Morison方程结合CFD计算的网架结构水动力系数,计算网箱浮架结构波浪载荷响应,确定设计波参数,计算得到设计载荷。然后应用有限元方法,计算浮架结构在设计载荷下的应力响应,对结构的屈服强度进行校核,对球、管节点进行网格细化以对其进行局部强度分析。研究结果表明设计的网架式网箱浮架结构在6 m波高下结构屈服强度满足规范要求。Compared to traditional cages,a module-based offshore fish farming platform composed of truss-type cages adapts better to a harsh offshore environment.This study focuses on the structural yielding strength performance of the floating structure of a single cage without considering the dynamic effect of nets.The hydrodynamic coefficient of the grid structure calculated by the Morison equation and combined with computational fluid dynamics is used to calculate the wave load response of the floating frame structure of the truss-type offshore cage,determine the designed wave parameters,and derive the design load by calculation.Then,the finite element method is used to calculate the stress response of the floating frame structure under the design load,check the yield strength of the structure,and refine the spherical and tubular joint mesh to analyze the local strength.The results show that the yield strength of the designed floating structure of the truss-type offshore cage meets the specification requirements at the 6 m wave height.
