应用型高校“以学生为中心”范式转型的案例研究——西安欧亚学院的实践与思考

摘　　要："以学生为中心"是新时代我国高等教育内涵式发展与高校转型的重要衡量维度之一,但高校推行"以学生为中心"的范式转型面临外部非支持性政策环境与自身不完全具备范式改革条件的现实困扰。基于西安欧亚学院的案例研究,应用型高校从"传授范式"向"学习范式"转型需要具备四个关键要件,即政策环境支持与高校领导者价值观的引领,系统规划设计与全面探索相结合,审慎把握和确定学生学习目标,保持教师队伍高成长性、高成本投入与资源基础的平衡。Student-centeredness is one of the important dimension to measure the connotation development of China higher education and the university transformation in the new era;however,it encounters such problems as the external unsupportive policy environment,and the internal unequipped condition.Based on Xi’an Eurasia University,the application-oriented university should transform the paradigm from teaching to learning.There’re four key elements,such as support of policy environment and value leading of presidents,combination of system planning and all-round exploring,identifying the learning objectives deliberately,and balancing the investment of high-quality faculty and resource.
