纵向行政管理结构与企业全要素生产率

摘　　要：本文借助我国"省直管县"行政改革这一准自然实验,采用双重差分模型,系统考察了地方政府纵向行政管理结构改革对企业全要素生产率的影响。研究发现,地方政府纵向行政管理结构改革提升了企业全要素生产率;进一步研究发现,政府干预、政府行政效率以及财政状况成为改革影响企业全要素生产率的重要机制。本文总体证实,地方政府纵向行政管理结构改革具有显著的经济提升效应。Based on the administrative reform of"Province-Managing-County" in China,this paper systematically investigates the impact of vertical administrative governance structure reform of local government on total factor productivity of enterprises by using the difference-in-difference method.We find that vertical administrative governance structure reform of local government significantly improves the total factor productivity of enterprises.Further research shows that government intervention,government administrative efficiency and financial situation have become important mechanisms for the reform to promote the total factor productivity of enterprises.Overall,vertical administrative governance structure reform of local government has a significant effect on economic promotion.
