摘　　要：肝细胞癌(HCC)是我国乃至世界较为高发的恶性肿瘤,早期诊断及治疗是改善患者预后的关键。为了方便不同中心、不同专业医生间的沟通交流,美国放射学会于2016年发布第一版超声造影肝脏影像报告和数据管理系统(CEUS LI-RADS),对肝脏影像术语、技术、解释、报告及数据收集进行规定,同时对不同肝脏局灶性病变进行HCC的风险分层,在临床应用中逐渐展露出优势。本文就CEUS LI-RADS的发展现状及临床应用进展进行综述,认为应用CEUS LI-RADS对HCC高危人群肝脏局灶性病变进行临床管理具有巨大的潜在价值,而且相信在不久的将来CEUS LI-RADS适用人群和适应证将会不断扩展,更好的服务于临床。Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a malignant tumor with high incidence in China and the whole world,and early diagnosis and treatment are the key to improving the prognosis of patients.To facilitate the communication and cooperation between doctors of different centers and specialties,American College of Radiology issued the first edition of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)Liver Imaging Reporting and Data System(LI-RADS)in 2016 to standardize the technical terms,techniques,interpretation,reporting,and data collection for liver imaging and perform HCC risk stratification for different focal liver lesions.This article reviews the development and clinical application of CEUS LI-RADS and believes that the application of CEUS LI-RADS has a great potential value in the clinical management of focal liver lesions in the population at a high risk of HCC,and the applicable population and indications for CEUS LI-RADS will continue to expand in the near future,so as to provide better service to clinical practice.
