葛根和盐泽泻不同配伍比例对长期高糖高脂饮食致高血压大鼠的影响

摘　　要：目的观察葛根和盐泽泻不同配伍比例对长期高糖高脂饮食致高血压大鼠的影响。方法 SD大鼠60只,随机分为空白组(5只)、模型组(5只)、A组(葛根—盐泽泻配伍1∶1,10只)、B组(葛根—盐泽泻配伍1∶2,10只)、C组(葛根—盐泽泻配伍1∶3,10只)、D组(葛根—盐泽泻配伍2∶1,10只)、E组(葛根—盐泽泻配伍3∶1,10只)。除空白组外,其他组每天食用高糖高脂饲料,连续喂养16周。比较7组给药6周后肝功能指标[丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)]、肾功能指标[肌酐(Cr)、尿酸(UA)]、血脂指标[总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)]及造模前、造模后、给药6周后收缩压(SBP)及体质量。结果A、B、C、D、E组血清ALT、AST、ALP、GGT及Cr、UA、TC、TG水平低于模型组(P<0.05);D、E组血清ALT、AST、ALP、GGT及Cr、UA、TC、TG水平低于C组(P<0.05)。造模后,模型组及A、B、C、D、E组大鼠SBP、体质量高于空白组(P<0.05);给药6周后,A、B、C、D、E组大鼠SBP、体质量低于模型组,且D、E组大鼠SBP、体质量低于C组(P<0.05)。结论葛根—盐泽泻配伍比例为2∶1或3∶1时,长期高糖高脂饮食致高血压大鼠的肝肾功能、血脂及血压、体质量的改善效果更明显。Objective To observe the effect of different compatibility ratio of kudzuvine root and salt alisma orientalis on hypertension rats caused by long-term high-sugar and high-fat diet.Methods Sixty SD rats were divided into blank group(5 rats),model group(5 rats),group A(compatibility ratio of kudzuvine root and salt alisma orientalis was 1∶1,10 rats),group B(compatibility ratio of kudzuvine root and salt alisma orientalis was 1 ∶2,10 rats),group C( compatibility ratio of kudzuvine root and salt alisma orientalis was 1∶3,10 rats),group D(compatibility ratio of kudzuvine root and salt alisma orientalis was 2∶1,10 rats),group E( compatibility ratio of kudzuvine root and salt alisma orientalis was 3∶1,10 rats).Excepted the blank group,other groups ate high-sugar and high-fat feed every day for 16 weeks.Liver function indexes(ALT,AST,ALP,GGT),renal function indexes(Cr,UA),blood lipid indexes(TC,TG) 6 weeks after treatment,SBP and body mass before molding,after molding and 6 weeks after treatment were compared in the seven groups.Results Serum levels of ALT,AST,ALP,GGT and Cr,UA,TC,TG of groups A,B,C,D,E were lower than those of model group(P< 0.05);Serum levels of ALT,AST,ALP,GGT and Cr,UA,TC,TG of groups D,E were lower than those of group C(P< 0.05).After molding,SBP,body mass of model group and groups A,B,C,D,E were higher than those of blank group(P< 0.05);6 weeks after treatment,SBP,body mass of groups A,B,C,D,E were lower than those of model group,and SBP,body mass of groups D,E were lower than those of group C(P< 0.05).Conclusion When compatibility ratio of kudzuvine root and salt alisma orientalis is 2∶1 and 3∶1,the blood pressure,liver and kidney function of rats with hypertension caused by long-term high-sugar and high-fat diet are improved obviously.
