摘 要:三维多轴向经编复合材料是一种力学性能十分优异的复合材料,由于不含纤维束褶皱,其力学性能比传统材料要优异,特点是纤维纱线平行铺设,竖直方向被纱线捆绑。相对于传统的编织技术,三维多轴向经编避免了纤维之间的相互挤压而造成的力学性能削弱,且竖直方向上的捆绑纱可以增强厚度方向上的损伤容限。本文针对三维多轴向经编复合材料的高温氧化压缩性能和破坏机理进行了深入研究,分析了高温氧化的温度和时间对复合材料压缩性能的影响,并借助宏微观照片,探究了其失效的具体机理。Three-dimensional multi-axial warp-knitted composite material is a kind of composite material with excellent mechanical properties.It does not contain fiber bundles wrinkle and has superior mechanical properties to traditional material,it is characterized by fiber yarns laid in parallel and bundled yarns in the vertical direction.Compared with the traditional weaving technique,three-dimensional multi-axial warp knitting avoids the weakening of the mechanical properties caused by the mutual squeezing between the fibers,and the bundled yarns in the vertical direction can enhance the damage tolerance in the thickness direction.In this article,the high-temperature oxidation compressive properties and failure mechanism of threedimensional multi-axial warp-knitted composite material are deeply studied.The influence of the temperature and time of high-temperature oxidation on the compressive properties of the composite material is studied,and the failure mechanism is explored by means of macro and micro photograph.
